Canton Mancan Professional Staffing Agency is assisting a North Canton company is seeking a clerical candidate with good customer service skills for answering a multi line phone, and taking orders.
Candidates MUST be able to think swiftly there is no phone script for this position and every call will be different!

Skills needed: Good typing skills, Attention to detail, excellent customer service skills , computer knowledge, e-mail (Outlook) knowledge, updating websites.
Would be a plus to have experience or knowledge of construction or maintenance repairs,

Hours: 8:30-5 may vary

Pay $17 to start with evaluations and possible raises after 3 months

Attire: Casual, Jeans ok with a nice top. Must be presentable.
Candidates MUST have experience working in a busy office setting!
