Role Details:
As a Customer Service Representative, working full-time, you will play an important part in our relentless pursuit of customer service. Engaging with customers through phone, email, and online, you will effectively manage and resolve their enquiries in a values-led manner. Working across a variety of enquiries, you will:
- Process orders and invoices accurately and on time
- Communicate delivery updates and manage delays effectively
- Collaborate internally to meet customer needs and expectations
- Organise and manage daily administrative paperwork
- Monitor non-conformance activities and credit levels
