 Who you'll be working for

 What requirements you'll need to be eligible 
Secondary education or above with 1 year customer service experience in banking or investment industry

Passed in IIQE or HKSI is preferred but not a must 

Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin

Good presentation and communication skills
 What you'll be doing on the job 
Handle customer phone enquiries in professional manner related to general banking services

Maintain good relationship with customers and high- level service standards

Solve minor complaints from customers

Shift duty may required
