Job Summary

Eaton's EPG LAC PQD Power Quality Division is currently seeking a Customer Service professional.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate across functional disciplines to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage performance against customer requirements per contract obligations, terms, and conditions.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication, both internal and external, to fulfill contract obligations (quality, cost, and on‑time delivery).
  • Develop and maintain relationships that can be growth opportunities as a sales force extension.
  • Act as the key account person for management key customers, with knowledge of the bidding process and customer billing, and improve the relationship between key customers and Eaton.
  • Provide support facilitating and coordinating the customer service team as required.
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned customers and be the voice of the customer within the facility.
