Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels, ensuring a professional and timely response.
• Provide product, service and basic technical information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Process and manage customer orders accurately within internal systems and follow up on order status, stock availability and deliveries.
• Coordinate the resolution of customer issues by collaborating with internal departments and ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
