Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with game players through the online customer service system to promptly respond to and resolve issues encountered by players during the game;
- Record and provide feedback on players' suggestions, opinions or bugs to help optimize the player experience;
- Familiar with the basic game mechanics and able to provide effective guidance and support;
- Cooperate with the operation and technical teams to assist in handling emergencies and common consultation matters.
Job Requirements
- Work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, accept shift work.
- Proficient in using computers, good text input skills and fast typing speed.
- Have good communication skills and service awareness, be patient and meticulous, and be able to properly deal with players' emotions.
