We are seeking an experienced Indoor Sales Coordinator/Customer Service to join our dynamic team at SONG CHUAN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. This full-time position is based in the North Region and will play a vital role in supporting our sales efforts and driving business growth.
What you'll be doingCoordinating import & export sea shipment and documents.
Communicating with suppliers, forwarders, and customers
Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks/supports
Handling purchase orders / sales orders / Invoicing / Quotation and other sales-related operations.
Planning shipments. Preparing shipping documents (BL, invoice, packing list, permit, etc.)
Managing email communication in both English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking customers.
Providing support for marketing and promotional activities as needed.
