At Mobility City, we’re looking for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to take on a hybrid role that blends in-store service with community outreach. As a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Customer Service & Sales Associate, you’ll be the welcoming face of our showroom—helping customers with rentals, purchases, and product education—while also representing our brand across the local healthcare and senior living community.
In this key role, you’ll:
Deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone
Manage showroom sales, product rentals, scheduling, and organization
Build relationships through visits to Assisted Living communities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Orthopedic & Cosmetic Surgery offices, Homecare providers, and Chamber of Commerce events
Ensure the showroom remains clean, welcoming, and well-stocked
