JOB DESCRIPTION
Take inbound calls from customers and help them with questions and complaints
Assist customers with purchases and returns
Provide customers with status of their orders and escalate any issues encountered
Log call details and update customer information in the system
Observe company policy at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
Filipino
At least High School graduate or SHS graduate
Above average English communication skills (written and verbal)
Computer literate (knowledgeable with MS Word and MS Excel)
Willing to work on night shift / rotating shift
Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Center, Pasig
