Job Overview

We are AllianceOne, a division of the largest BPO expert team. We are hiring inbound call centre/customer care representatives to provide support and resolve account issues, working to deliver an above‑average customer experience and create solutions that benefit both the consumer and the organization. Responsibilities

Interact with customers to provide support and resolve account issues. Maintain a high level of customer experience and ensure solutions satisfy both the consumer and the organisation. Engage with customers in a professional, friendly manner and provide accurate information. Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $17.60 per hour. Monthly incentive potential up to $355.00. Competitive base hourly rate with a commission structure and paid training. Schedule and Hours

37.5 hours per week Monday‑Friday. Must be available for any shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Training
