This role provides sales support to customers and internal sales teams, including expediting orders, quoting, order entry, restocking, and troubleshooting issues. This is not a high-volume call center environment—rather, the focus is on managing customized orders and responding to client-specific questions.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as engineering and warehouse to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
New hires will start in an Order Processing Representative capacity, focusing on data entry while learning internal systems and product lines. The role involves regular use of Outlook, Excel, and SAP.
Additional Skills & QualificationsRequired:
