Customer Service Representative
Full‑time, permanent (replacement due to an employee leaving)
Hybrid work with a minimum of 2 days per week at the office.
Do you have a strong background in raw materials distribution and are you committed to customer excellence? We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented individual to join our Customer Service team in Vaudreuil‑Dorion, Quebec!
We support commercial teams in the Food & Ingredients Division delivering outstanding customer service, processing and managing product orders, and ensuring rigorous follow‑ups.
Strong digital skills and knowledge of manufacturing and/or distribution of ingredients are required.
A highly collaborative position within a dynamic, solution‑oriented environment. We look for a positive and professional attitude, motivation, enthusiasm, and experience in distribution or manufacturing.
