You would utilize multiple systems to document, research and communicate necessary information. The ideal employee must have a positive attitude and follow the codes set forth in the Employee Handbook, and be able to learn a complex claim system. Responsibilities

Operate multi-line telephone system in a timely manner 

Assist customers calling in

Utilize multiple systems to document, research, and communicate necessary information

Operate computer and scanning equipment 

All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager

Requirements

High School Diploma required

Clean Drug screen

Willing to undergo Criminal Background Check
