Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents.
  • Respond to student queries regarding study abroad programs, admissions, and services.
  • Make calls daily and maintain call records in the CRM.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
  • Coordinate with counsellors and internal teams for query resolution..
  • Update lead status, call notes, and follow-up activities accurately.
  • Build positive relationships with students and parents throughout the inquiry process.


Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle student queries professionally and confidently.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
