Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents.
- Respond to student queries regarding study abroad programs, admissions, and services.
- Make calls daily and maintain call records in the CRM.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
- Coordinate with counsellors and internal teams for query resolution..
- Update lead status, call notes, and follow-up activities accurately.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents throughout the inquiry process.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle student queries professionally and confidently.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
