Responsibilities
- Responsible in managing Multichannel process wherein you will be able to perform calls and emails, live chats, and social media comments relatively/simultaneously per interval and still deliver great customer experience.
- Responsible for handling an array of front-facing duties. Some of these tasks include interacting with customers over the phone, in person, and/or via email and social media. Throughout all these interactions Customer Service Representatives must maintain a high level of professionalism and present the organization in the best light possible.
- Fully resolve customer’s concerns/issues thus preventing customers from filing a complaint or making a complaint.
- Put a smile in customer’s faces by providing the best fit resolution to their concerns/problems.
