Job Description
Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a non-profit organization through a contract assignment. In this role, you will connect with program participants by phone, gather and record employment updates, and provide guidance to individuals who may benefit from additional workforce services. This opportunity is well suited for someone who communicates clearly, handles outreach effectively, and keeps detailed records of every interaction.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to program participants to obtain timely follow-up information after events or services.
