Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Lines insurance professional to support a growing portfolio of VIP and High-Net-Worth clients.
This role focuses on providing a white-glove service experience to personal insurance clients connected to the brokerage’s commercial client base. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, delivering prompt service, technical expertise, and proactive insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of VIP and High-Net-Worth Personal Lines clients

Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and complex coverage inquiries

Conduct detailed coverage reviews and identify potential gaps in protection

Provide concierge-level customer service and responsiveness

Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders

Collaborate closely with Commercial Account Executives on shared client relationships
