Customer Service Representative MTR390- Almagro (F/M/X)

Main responsibilities of the position

• Support the Spanish Army in engine maintenance and troubleshooting of MTR390 engines at ML1 & ML2.
• Plan and coordinate engine maintenance activities, including drafting Work Orders.
• Manage spare parts and AGE activities, monitoring calibration/inspection periods.
• Address technical queries and Re-use/deviation Reports (RDR), modifications, service bulletins, and configuration/parts life status.
• Handle software maintenance and upgrades.
• Suggest improvements for ML1 & ML2 practices.
• Maintain accurate fleet reliability information to monitor engine health and reduce maintenance costs.
• Continuously monitor and report life & usage, engine power checks, limits exceedance (EMOs data), fleet status, and logbook updates.
• Report in‑service problems, events and discrepancies observed during maintenance.
