Responsibilities
- 100% call center and phone-based environment
- Handling inbound customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service via phone
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up as needed.
Qualifications
- At least Highschool / Senior Highschool Graduate with 1 year BPO experience
- College Graduate with or without BPO experience
- Basic computer skills.
- Willing to work fully onsite within Metro Manila.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
