Job Summary

The role involves receiving and processing Purchase Orders/Sales Orders in SAP, coordinating approvals, ensuring accurate delivery to customers, and maintaining documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and retrieve Purchase Orders/Sales Orders, immediately process in SAP, facilitate approval to Credit & Collection and ensure delivery to customers.
• Coordinate with Sales Agents by scheduling Purchase Orders/Sales Orders based on customer order frequency.
• Manage documentation: encode all POs/SOs in SAP within the processing cut‑off, prepare Sales Invoice, Warehouse Receipt, and Delivery Receipt.
