Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a voice account. The role involves handling customer inquiries over the phone, providing accurate information, and resolving concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.



Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and/or outbound calls



Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests



Provide accurate product and service information



Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner



Document interactions in the system



Qualifications:

At least High School or Senior High School graduate



Open to applicants with or without BPO experience



Good to excellent communication skills



Willing to work on a shifting schedule (morning, mid, graveyard)



Amenable to work onsite
