CORE REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of customer service or phone-based experience (preferred). Newbies are welcome to apply
• Knowledgeable or familiar with Preview Dialer outbound calling system (preferred).
• Willingness to work night shifts or rotating schedules

Spoken English Proficiency

• Delivers clear, articulate, concise, and easily understood communication during live calls.
• Maintains consistent tone, natural pacing, and professional delivery throughout conversations.

Listening & Comprehension

• Accurately understands customer responses, takes actions to verify understanding during conversations, and follows call flows or scripts with minimal guidance.

Written Communication

• Summarizes calls with proper grammar, clear sentence structure, and professional language in BDC Angel and dealership schedulers.
