Key Responsibilities:

• a CSR role that encompasses customer service, logistics & inside sales responsibilities
• person will be supporting the traders
• entering POs
• coordinating pick up & delivery of the product
• prepare & provide customs documentation
• go with the flow; high energy & being able to stay productive during slower times
• fast learner -questions are ok, just not the same ones over and over
• willing to wear many hats & assist where needed
• MS Office intermediate skills; knowledge of MS Dynamics is an asset
