Job Description
**Pacific Disposal** **, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a** **Customer Service Representative** **to join our team in** **Lacey, WA!**

**This isn’t your typical call center job. In the** **waste and environmental services industry** **, you’ll play a direct role in keeping communities clean, safe, and running smoothly. Every call you take supports essential services that people rely on every day—from residential pickup to commercial operations. You’ll gain insight into a critical infrastructure industry while building valuable customer service and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.**
**Schedule:** **Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM**
**Pay:** **$22–$23/hour (DOE) + regular wage increases**
**Bonus Opportunity:** **Earn** **additional incentive pay up to $500/month** **(up to** **$6,000/year total** **) based on performance!**
