Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop new market, retain and increase sales order from existing customer.
• Coordinate with Engineering Department for FA submission.
• Assist Quality Department in handling customer complaints.
• Coordinate order intake and delivery.
• Prepare annual sales forecast for individual customer account.
• Ensure safe working area and work procedures in line with Company's Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
• Perform other job function as deemed necessary by management.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 2 years and above Experience in Any Manufacturing fields or similar fields prefer in Semiconductor process.
• Able to be well versed on costing format and provide quotation to customers.
• Able to conduct review meeting during RFQ stage.
• Good internal interaction across departments.
