Job Description

Operational Function

• To transact over-the-counter transactions on cash and non-cash transactions according to advice slips or other negotiable documents
• To record all transaction accurately and balance each day's operations
• To perform general administrative duties as required by the function
• To discharge duties instructed by immediate supervisor to serve business interests of the Bank

Customer Relationship

• To attend to customer requests, inquiries, problems and complaints by providing prompt service to customers, and to elevate customer feedback to higher authority for deliberation
• To actively engage in cross product sales activities to ensure optimal customer reach
