**Responsibilities**:
- Using a list of monitored projects (Identification of Sales Opportunities tool/ISOt), the Sales Development Representative must perform a search of all projects that fit the prospecting criteria defined by EagleBurgmann (marketing coordinator).
After separating the projects that fit the criteria, the Sales Development will perform a lead/prospect outreach to confirm three main metrics:
a.Opportunity timeline (obtain information on the quoting and order closing phase).
b. Key influencers.
c. Agreement by the potential customer to proceed with the development of the opportunity with EagleBurgmann (Outside Sales Team and TSS).
- The Sales Development Representative's activity and work management tool is the SAP Cloud for Customer (SAP C4C) CRM platform.
