Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inbound Call Center Agent to support our U.S. healthcare clients. The role involves handling incoming calls from members and insurances office, resolving inquiries related to benefits, claims, authorizations, billing, and general healthcare support. The ideal candidate must deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and internal quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from members and/or providers regarding healthcare benefits, eligibility, claims status, billing, and prior authorizations.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Document all interactions in the client system with high accuracy.
• Follow defined processes, call scripts, and compliance guidelines (including HIPAA).
