Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, supporting customers and ensuring orders and enquiries are handled smoothly and professionally.
About the Role
Answer customer enquiries (phone & email)
Process orders and coordinate deliveries
Resolve issues with a positive, solutions‑focused approach
Maintain accurate CRM records
Support the team with admin tasks
What You'll Bring
Customer service or admin experience
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Great attention to detail and multitasking ability
Confident with Microsoft Office & CRM systems
Can‑do attitude and team focus
Bidfood system knowledge - not required but a plus if you do!
Hours

Mon–Fri: 7am–3pm Sat (rotating): 7am–1pm
