Job Description
The Role
Customer Service Representative. Field incoming and outgoing calls to customers; receiving and reviewing each Vendor or SP’s invoice for accuracy and processing. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: proactively managing open orders; fielding incoming inquiries from direct accounts regarding logistics, order fulfillment, and order management policies; working with other departments to facilitate on-time delivery and customer satisfaction; and other duties as needed. Night shift role supporting North America.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
- At least 6 months of Customer Service experience in the BPO industry is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated team players who can also work well individually with minimal supervision.
