Job Description

About the role:

Based in-store, this role has a strong administrative focus, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the branch through accurate data entry, inventory coordination, and processing customer orders and transactions. You’ll play a key role in managing inwards goods, maintaining stock records, supporting health and safety administration, and ensuring systems are up to date. Alongside these responsibilities, you will also provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting clients with queries and purchases when required. Strong attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks will be key to your success in this role.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide sound advice to a variety of customers based on their needs
