Customer Service Representative
Mission: The position is in charge of managing orders, monitoring execution and treating customers’ requests to meet service commitment and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage order and delivery

- Provide an excellent customer service
- Process OSDs and Corrections when needed
- Handle RGA claims, following Michelin's form and process overview
- Exceed service level to give an amazing experience to the customer; suggest alternative solutions for efficiencies and improvement of the process; share best practices across North America Sales Admin function
