+ Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers, business partners, and drivers via phone and email, while addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
+ Resolve customer issues and complaints by diagnosing problems, identifying solutions, and ensuring timely resolution.
+ Monitor and track delivery routes to ensure shipments are progressing as scheduled and customers receive accurate updates.
