Customer Service

We’re on the hunt for a customer service legend to join our busy team. Waters & Farr Limited (part of the Hynds Group) is a market‑leading manufacturer of quality polyethylene and polypropylene pipe systems – a place where people matter, where we do what’s right, and where we genuinely connect with our customers. Based at our Whanganui manufacturing site, you’ll be the go‑to for our customers and internal teams – owning order management, customer service and internal sales. You’ll play a real part in an exciting, fast‑moving industry, helping deliver the pipe systems for some of New Zealand’s biggest civil and water projects. You’ll also plan and coordinate project supply, teaming up with manufacturing and logistics to make sure every delivery lands on time. Put simply, you’ll keep our customers happy and our team humming.
