Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented **Customer Service Quality Analyst** to join a remote quality assurance team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of medical record reviews by validating coding rejections, identifying records requiring second-level review, and helping reduce operational backlogs.

The ideal candidate has experience reviewing medical records, performing quality assurance in a production environment, and maintaining a high level of accuracy while meeting daily productivity goals.

**Location:** Remote (U.S.)
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST
**Employment Type:** Temporary Contract
**Contract Duration:** Minimum 1-year temp/contract role

**Pay Rate:** $ 20.38/hr.
