- Position Title: Customer Service & Project Coordinator
- Working Location: Serangoon North
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Act as the main contact for assigned customers and respond to enquiries on quotations, orders, deliveries, engineering changes, and complaints.
- Process and monitor customer purchase orders, order fulfilment, delivery status, delays, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate customer RFQs from receipt to quotation submission.
- Manage NPI project documents, including drawings, specifications, BOMs, revision changes, samples, prototypes, and first article activities.
