Customer Service / Parking agent (España)

Office-based role at Málaga Airport within a parking operations environment.

Main responsibilities

• Customer service for international clients
• Checking in and out of vehicles
• Handling payments
• Office administration tasks
• Receiving and managing bookings via phone and email
• Working with booking systems
• Dealing directly with clients

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish
• Located within ~40 minutes of Málaga Airport
• Spanish Driving licence required
• Team player attitude
• Experience in rent-a-car / car hire is an advantage
• Shift hours:
  • 08:00–16:00
  • 10:00–18:00

Pay: 17,300.00€ - 18,000.00€ per year
