CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused person to handle customer service and coordinate orders.

Key responsibilities: process customer orders received via WhatsApp, email, and phone; provide excellent customer service; coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure timely deliveries; liaise with customers and sales team; prepare quotations, order confirmations, and invoices.

Handle customer issues professionally and efficiently, maintain accurate records, and support the team with general admin tasks.

We are looking for excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and organization. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
