We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer / Clerk to support the daily operations of our nightclub. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer enquiries and reservations, performing administrative and clerical duties, coordinating with operational staff, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests while maintaining accurate operational records.
