Job Description
- Receiving visitors warmly at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately.
- Must be able to cleary understand and explain the available promotions which are suitable to customer's requirements.
- Answering incoming phone calls, make appointment for customers and answer queries professionally.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role is preferred.
- Experience handling multiple phonelines.
- Professional attitude and neat appearance.
- Strong customer service skills and must be able to handle customer's complain.
- Effective interpersonal skills, friendly with positive mindset.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
