Job Description
The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for handling client inquiries, managing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within healthcare logistics, supply chain, or 3PL industry.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems, with preference for experience using SAP.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of order management, inventory processes, and logistics operations.
