Customer Service Officer (Client Operations)

Financial Services concern with offices in Somerset West is seeking to employ a Customer Service Officer in their Client Operations department. The successful candidate will support a team to work efficiently and produce a high service level to clients during the initial on boarding process and subsequent repeat transactions.

The focus will be to support the processes and procedures to optimize workflow and standards to provide an excellent client experience. The post holder is required to positively influence the team with an aim to establish a multi-skilled and cross‑trained team. This position reports to the Team Leader, Client Operations.
