Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and optimize daily technician schedules, strategically pairing teams with jobs to ensure maximum efficiency and service delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Management Agent (MA) inquiries, professionally handling communications via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Prepare accurate quotations for repair or replacement works, proactively following up with customers for approval and recording job confirmations for tracking purposes.
  • Prepare and submit essential safety and regulatory documentation, including Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Method of Statements (MOS) for servicing works.
  • Maintain meticulous records of job confirmations, contractor summary sheets, and project milestones (e.g., WRPC, SE) for both internal and client reporting.
