Responsibilities

  1. Handle calls and emails in Mandarin and English in a professional manner.
  2. Provide accurate and clear information about products and services.


Qualifications

  1. Minimum education: Diploma (D3), any major.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales (customer-facing roles).
  3. Fluent in Mandarin and B level English.
  4. Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  5. Willing to relocate and work full-time on-site in Bali, 5 days a week.
  6. Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  7. Available to start immediately.
