- Provide accurate and clear information about products and services.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3), any major.
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales (customer-facing roles).
- Fluent in Mandarin and B level English.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Willing to relocate and work full-time on-site in Bali, 5 days a week.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Available to start immediately.
