The Role My client, a well-established manufacturer within the packaging sector, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead a busy customer service function in a fast-paced, production-led environment. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position located in Dublin 24. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end customer service operation, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently from enquiry through to delivery. Working closely with customers, Sales, Planning, Production, and Quality, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring operational efficiency and on-time fulfilment.
