Customer Service – Insulation division (Maternity Leave Cover) (Malaga)

Job Overview

Full Time: 1 year contract. Potential start: 1st week of August. Location: Malaga, WA 6090.

Termico Group is looking for a Customer Service & Scheduling Officer with strong coordination and interpersonal skills, who can liaise confidently with clients, manage logistics, and demonstrate high attention to detail. This role operates Monday to Friday within the Insulation division on a 12-month maternity leave contract starting August 2026.

Working hours are 6:30am to 3:00pm for Eastern States clients and 7:00am to 3:30pm for WA. Flexibility to cover both time zones is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from supervisors & installers.
• Liaise with sales consultants.
