Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the supply chain process of procurement , inventory control, logistics shipping and distribution
• Manage planning and forecasting activities
• Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the procurement of necessary materials/stock with suppliers and the sales team
• Responsible for processing and management of purchase Orders to manufacturers / suppliers, follow-up on shipments schedules and inventories control.
• Being the point of contact for customers in all purchase orders and deliveries/shipments concerns
• Responsible for processing and management of customers’ orders with timely deliveries and shipments arrangement to be made in the most optimum manner
• Perform logistics arrangements for deliveries (import/export/local) and work with transporters/forwarders/ warehouses to resolve any issues related to the shipment/delivery
