Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Customer Service Executive to support and manage end-to-end air freight reservation operations. The role involves close coordination with stakeholders, airlines, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective shipment handling. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply , as training will be provided.

Operation Hours: 5.5 days work week

  • 0900 - 1800 Mondays -Fridays
  • 0900 - 1200 Saturdays (Alternate upon confirmation)

Working Location: Airport Cargo Road

Job Descriptions:

  • Booking & Space Reservation, arrange and secure cargo space with airlines, co-loaders
  • Monitor carrier schedules and capacity availability to ensure timely shipment departures.
