Customer Service Executive ( Medical Services, Orchard ) #HCT

• Counter payment duties & attend to walk-in, call-in covering
• Billing enquiries & payments, Receipt of client submissions
• Inventory management of agreement forms, brochures, name cards, marketing collaterals (lead giveaways, brochures, goodie bag items & Company plastic bags, lead forms, sales materials for in-store promotions)
• Coordinate with marketing team for all in-store promotions
• Maintain an updated doctors list, clinics, contact & addresses
• Update monthly staff roster for ante natal classes, in-store duty, hotline duty
• Support off-site marketing events & seminars

• Degree/Diploma in Science related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and cord blood banking will be an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
