An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and detail-focused Customer Service Executive to join a growing consumer products business. This role sits at the heart of the operation, acting as the key link between customers, sales, finance and thepany's third-party fulfilment partner.
This position would suit somebody with previous experience in order management, sales support, customer operations or supply chain coordination who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, deliveries arepleted on time, and any logistical issues are resolved quickly and effectively. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is 5 days per week in the office in Richmond.
